Jermaine’s journey didn’t begin with success it began with survival. He watched both of his parents rise as wealthy entrepreneurs, only to lose it all to addiction. As the youngest of four boys, Jermaine’s childhood was far from ordinary. Amid chaos and uncertainty, he made a decision: he would not be a product of his environment, he would be a changemaker.
Life came at him fast. Jermaine had his first son in the 9th grade and graduated high school with two children becoming the only one of his siblings to graduate. Though the odds were stacked against him, his determination was unshakable. He remembered the kind of father his dad had once been before addiction took him away and vowed to be that kind of father consistently. Today, Jermaine is a proud father of five, leading with love, presence, and purpose.
When a teacher once told him he’d never leave North Tulsa or amount to anything, it didn’t break him it fueled him. That moment awakened a beast. He took the hustle he learned from the streets and transformed it into strategy, resilience, and vision. And he never looked back.
Jermaine remembered how he once waited eagerly for the church van to escape his circumstances, and made himself a promise: One day, I’ll give back. One day, I’ll help others escape too.
Years later, that boy became a man on a mission. Jermaine married his wife, Melissa his partner in both wealth and purpose. Together, they started giving free birthday parties for underprivileged kids, then began acquiring real estate to provide affordable housing. Eventually, they launched a successful and respected sober living business that’s transforming lives every day.
As he continued to grow, people began turning to Jermaine for help with structuring deals, growing their businesses, and expanding their portfolios. What started as helping friends and family soon turned into a movement he became known as the man who could make something out of nothing. With unmatched creativity, street-smart strategies, and big-picture vision, Jermaine started creating deals for others that most people would never think possible.
That’s when the name Mr. I Am The Deal was born. Not just because he could close the deal but because he was the deal. He didn’t wait for opportunity, he created it, over and over again.
Today, Jermaine has rebuilt healthy, loving relationships with both of his parents healing the very foundation he came from. His story is one of redemption, legacy, and faith in action.
