Refund/Return Policy

By using our services, you acknowledge that all payments made to Mr. I Am The Deal LLC are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, customers will not be entitled to any returns or refunds, as services are deemed fully delivered and satisfied upon receipt. Customers understand that accessing or using the purchased services or products constitutes complete fulfillment of the agreement.

Customers agree that by purchasing services from Mr. I Am The Deal LLC, they fully understand the scope and content of the services or products offered. Once the selected services or products are received, payments are final, and no returns will be accepted.

We are committed to providing all services or products purchased by customers in a timely and professional manner. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other external factors beyond our control, we will reschedule or refund any services that cannot be delivered. This is the only situation in which a refund may be issued.

I.I Access to any proprietary information, trade secrets, or the network of Mr. I Am The Deal LLC is strictly restricted and will only be provided after full payment has been received through our secure paywall.
I.II The Customer acknowledges that by signing this agreement, they understand that access to Mr. I Am The Deal LLC's proprietary materials is granted only after completing payment.
I.III No part of the contract, including the services and proprietary information it contains, will be provided until the Customer agrees to pay the required fees. By signing, the Customer acknowledges this condition and accepts full responsibility for payment before gaining access.

II.I We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific health, personal relationships, financial, or other results, nor do we guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of income or reach any specific goal by purchasing our products and/or services.
II.II All information provided is strictly for informational purposes and is intended for personal use. If you choose to use this information, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions and outcomes resulting from your use of such information.
II.III We do not provide relationship, legal, investment, tax, financial, or professional advice. No responsibility is assumed for any errors or omissions in program materials or written information. You agree to take full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of any products or services purchased from us.
II.IV It is your responsibility to consult with your own financial, legal, tax, and business professionals. Any testimonials reflecting our success or the success of our students should not be interpreted as typical, common, or guaranteed results.

III.I All digital and downloadable product sales are final. Once digital access or a download has been assigned to you, there are no refunds, as the product cannot be returned or retrieved.
III.II By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you fully understand this no-refund policy and agree to these terms before making the purchase.

IV.I Any purchase of a program, event, product, or service that includes a complimentary or bonus ticket to any live or virtual event is subject to availability and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
IV.II It is the responsibility of the purchaser to reserve their seat and redeem any bonus or complimentary ticket. The Company will not issue reminders, so it is incumbent on the Purchaser to track and use any bonus items.
IV.III The Company reserves the right to exchange any gratis or bonus items for items of equal value based on availability. Bonus items have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged by the purchaser. Bonus items are also not eligible for store credit and may not be extended beyond the twelve-month redemption period.

IV.IV Purchases made during live events may also be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to that event. Please review the applicable event's Terms of Purchase.

V.I The Mentor Program runs on an eight (8) week schedule, beginning and ending on dates determined by the Customer’s start date. Mentor calls are recorded and available for access only during the eight-week program enrollment.
V.II Access to recorded calls will terminate at the conclusion of the eight-week program, and no refunds or credit will be issued for missed calls. Bonus items (such as complimentary tickets or invitations) are non-transferable and are not eligible for store credit or refunds.
V.III If you receive the Mentor Program as part of a bundled promotion, please note that any bonus items have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not eligible for refunds. Events are subject to availability, and early registration is encouraged.

V.IV If the event is full, you may register for the following month’s event. If you register but do not attend, your bonus pass is forfeited. Passes are not transferable to another event or person, and selling the pass is prohibited. Please ensure your pass matches the name on your government-issued ID. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.

V.V By enrolling in the Mentor Program, you agree to abide by our online community guidelines and all the terms and conditions outlined in our Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If you are dissatisfied after your first call, you may contact us at info@mriamthedeal.com for a store credit. After the first call, no store credits will be issued.

VI.I No part of the Accelerator Program, including any bonus tickets, passes, or invitations, is transferable to another person.
VI.II It is the responsibility of the purchaser to schedule any coaching sessions. There are no refunds for virtual coaching sessions.

VII.I By proceeding with payment and/or accessing our services, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
VII.II The Customer acknowledges that this agreement is legally binding and any disputes arising from it will be governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
